Important documents

Your key documents are uploaded to Barclays Cloud It, your own personal and secure document store, which you can access easily by following the steps below:

  1. Log in to your account and click on the 'Investments’ tab
  2. Click on ‘My Barclays documents’.

You can change the way your documents are presented, for example by zooming in, to view them with larger text. You can also ask to receive your documents in large print, audio or Braille. To change your Smart Investor document preferences, please follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your account and click on the 'Investments’ tab
  2. Select 'Investment settings’ from the dropdown menu at the top of the screen
  3. Select ‘Important documents’ on the following screen and follow the onscreen instructions.
